Welcome to Wellbody Massage of Ashland, where I am dedicated to providing personalized massage therapy services tailored to your unique needs within your own home. With over 17 years of experience, and several modalities to pull from, I am committed to helping you achieve your wellness goals through customized treatments.
I live with severe chronic pain. When I have a massage from Tamara I experience a transformation happening in my body. Tamara not only massages, there is a healing energy that flows from her hands and throughout my body. This leaves me calm, relaxed and rejuvenated. I'm able to live a healthier, happier life with far less pain.

Tamara has been a true gift for me. I do not leave my house. Currently, I have difficulty getting on and off and lying down on a massage table. She brings her own massage chair and we use other chairs or accommodations in my house. I feel very comfortable in her presence and with her touch. I truly relax into the massage. Tamara adapts readily to what I need in each session. She provides ideas for stretches when I am not with her. I love it when she brings her warm stones to use as well as the background spa music. I always sleep so much better after her treatments. What's not to like?
